Welcome to the Birth of a Unique wellness retreat center in rural vermont.

The building site was purchased in June 2022. The site includes almost 22 acres peaceful, private field, forest, pond, and stream in rural Vermont, about an hour south of Burlington. Detailed building plans and building timeline are forthcoming.

Retreats will provide a highly focused, customized experience for 1-2 people at a time in 1, 3, and 6 month increments that will include 2x/week bodywork, movement, and coaching sessions, online coaching before and after the retreat for additional support, daily access to hydrotherapy, and a remote-work optimized cottage in a forest retreat setting. Hydrotherapy, bodywork and coaching programs, and herbal products will also be available to the local community.

Lantern Embodied Healing supports anyone who is ready to enter the dark forest of their own healing journey. The center is especially geared toward remote workers and holistic healthcare professionals who seek relief from burnout, compassion fatigue, grief, chronic illness/injury, and nervous system dysregulation. My services are trauma-informed and social justice oriented. I strive to create safer spaces for supporting people of the global majority, LGBTQIA+, and disabled individuals.
